If you ever wondered what it would be like to live with a Manic Depressive disorder, watch this film. If you want to enter into a story of suffering and redemptive, watch this film. Anyone who wants to see the extraordinary in the ordinary, watch this film.

While I watched this film I was overwhelmed with compassion for his situation, partly because I resonated with his struggle with mania and depression. With out his family he would no longer be able to function in society. With out the art world he would be of no use for him in society.

This film begs many questions, so here are some of mine;

How do we relate or interact with people who are of no use to society?

Do we need new categories for people to function in the
Church?
